About Pharmone
Our Story
Pharmone was founded in 2023 by a team with direct experience of the daily pressures inside a community pharmacy. We had seen firsthand how pharmacists — some of the most accessible healthcare professionals in the UK — were spending large parts of their day on administrative tasks that had nothing to do with patient care.
Paper compliance logs that went missing. Websites that hadn't been updated in years. Delivery drivers with no route visibility. Clinical services being turned away because the booking system was a shared calendar in someone's inbox. The tools available to independent pharmacies simply hadn't kept pace with what was being asked of them.
We built Pharmone to close that gap. Not as a collection of disconnected apps, but as a single, joined-up platform designed specifically for the way a UK community pharmacy operates — from the front counter to the dispensary to the delivery van.
We are a small team, and we are proud of that. It means every customer we work with gets our attention, and every feature we build comes directly from conversations with practising pharmacists.

We provide a complete operating system for independent pharmacies. From building modern websites that attract local patients, to routing deliveries efficiently, and providing the clinical tools needed to run NHS and private services without the administrative headache.

Compliance & Data Security
Pharmone handles sensitive patient and clinical data. We take that responsibility seriously, and our approach to security reflects it.
UK GDPR Compliant
All data is processed and stored in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We maintain a full record of processing activities and operate with a lawful basis for every data type we handle.
Cyber Essentials
We have implemented the controls aligned with the Cyber Essentials framework, covering firewalls, secure configuration, user access controls, malware protection, and patch management.
GPhC-Aligned Design
Our compliance modules — including CD registers, RP logs, and fridge temperature monitoring — are designed to meet GPhC standards for digital record-keeping. Entries are immutable and timestamped.
NHS DSP Toolkit Aligned
For pharmacies operating within NHS frameworks, Pharmone is built with the Data Security and Protection Toolkit requirements in mind, supporting your organisation's own annual submissions.
Data Residency: UK
Your data is hosted within UK data centres and does not leave UK jurisdiction. We use encrypted connections for all data in transit and at rest.
Role-Based Access Controls
Every Pharmone account uses granular, role-based permissions. You control exactly what each staff member can see and do, with a full audit log of all system activity.
